Pernell is the definition of professionalism! They went above and beyond the services of installing a new gas pack and diagnosed an area of the home not blowing air. The team quickly discovered and fixed yet issue allowing air to circulate throughout the home and not just one area. Additionally, the team even reconnected a duct that was left disconnected as a result of maintenance being done on the insulation in the basement. I now have Pernell on speed dial and will be using their services in the future. Thank you!

Customer service was awesome. The technician was at my house within a couple hours, serviced my system and cleaned it. He knew his AC systems and was very knowledgeable about my system. Came home after work on Friday to find my upstairs thermostat without power. I climbed in the attic to investigate and found my drain pain almost overflowing with water. I called Pernell that night and William showed up early Saturday morning with a smile and ready to work. He explained the pan switch did what it was supposed to…cut off the unit so water wouldn’t continue to accumulate. He cleaned the drain line and remaining water out of the pan, and was on his way within an hour. So thankful to have a small town business like Pernell!
