Arrived at the expected time and accomplished seasonal maintenance work in a timely and professional manner.

William and Josiah were very professional. They were quick to diagnose the problem and gave us the best possible solution. They were straightforward and didn't BS us. If we ever need repair service, we would ask for them again.

William B was exceptionally professional, friendly & polite. We had another man, from another company come out 3 times trying to fix our problem. We went through 3 thermostats with him. William fix our problem & installed an easier thermostat for me to control. I told him I just wanted a plain thermostat, not all the things on my cell, etc. Everything has been working great since he left.

Unfortunately it looks like our AC unit is going to need to be replaced, but our service tech went above and beyond in explaining everything to me and ensuring that we were able to be comfortable through the weekend until the work could take place. He went and got us some portable units to place in the house to help cut down the heat, so we are very grateful for that. Would recommend.

Chris was an absolutely fantastic technician he took the time to review any of my concerns that I had even though at first I wasn't even sure that I had any. The service was extremely efficient but highly detailed and customer service oriented. To top it all off Chris was really respectful and was very patient with my hectic household as both my children were home and my dogs are loud barkers! I really appreciate the services that Chris offered and the efficiency and kindness with which he provided it! Because of his service and the amazing service coordination by Shaina I am happy to say that I purchased into the family membership for the year I look forward to working with the Pernell company!

Andy is exceptional! Our new HVAC didn’t work right and needed to be replaced. Andy, along with the rest of the Call Pernell team, literally spent hours troubleshooting the problem and then returning to put in and start up a new unit. He was never rushed, took his time, and explained everything to us.

William was extremely helpful when our 20+ year old HVAC stopped working. He took his time to explain everything to us and to let us know our options. He is very knowledgeable on HVACs and we greatly appreciated the time he took.

Had an issue with my unit not heating properly at times. Had 2 previous hvac companies didn't take time to correct the issue. Just put a band-aid on it. William took the time to figure it out and found the problem. He stayed with it and got it fixed. Great guy and great company.
