I called Pernell at 7:00 am on Monday, July 20, 2020. The service manager called and let me know that a technician would be there at 10:00 AM. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and worked very hard to get our air condition at the Town Hall back up and running. Thank you for working so quickly.
