William has been to our house multiple times for maintenance and when the unit would not turn on. Each time he quickly troubleshoots the problem or checks it’s in good working order. The only dissatisfaction I have was the excess accumulation of mold and mildew in the coils due to lack of service from April 2022 until today. Unit was supposed to be serviced twice in a single year. William was very knowledgeable and performed the service well, explaining what he was doing.
