William came for the twice yearly tune up with his trainee Carlos. He did his thing, explained what he did and what he found easily. I recommend William and Pernell for your HVAC needs.

They were able to get service to me same day in 100 degree heat and get me up and running. Chris was great and completed the work timely.

I bought an older home and had unexpected issues. Wally at Pernell did a comprehensive study of the issues and repaired the issue. Pernell had to visit twice and did not charge me extra. I was also recommended some next steps but was left with a working system.

I have previously reviewed Pernell and their technician Andy. Regardless, I choose to spotlight them again. Pernell installed a new HVAC system for me in June 2023. Awesome system! The system has been maintained every 6 months. This time Andy did the servicing. He checked and maintained every aspect of the system.
