It was great to see William feeling better.....his improved energy was quite noticeable. He was on-time, courteous, and performed the work in an efficient/effective manner. He completed the preventative maintenance and cleaning on 4 different rental properties (exterior unit and air handler). William kept me informed of his real-time observations, and provided some valuable feedback regarding the UV lamps and air filters. Josiah was with William for the 4th property; he showed noticeable initiative and good communication skills. Also, both technicians were very focused on maintaining a clean work area (including those yellow shoe covers). The paperwork was clear and the payment process was effortless. I may have been a bit talkative so I hope I did not delay their future appointments. Excellent work!!!

Will and Carlos were outstanding.

Mr. Kinley arrived early for the autumn Heating PM. He discovered that the gas pressure was slightly low. He re-set the pressure and explained that low gas pressure reduces the efficiency of my new furnace. As evidence of his thoroughness, he checked operation of a new compressor contactor that a Pernell mechanic installed a few months ago.
