Always friendly Excellent price Proactive problem solving

Was able to get same day service during the busy season. Showed up on time and completed the job like pros. Thats why I always call Pernell when I need HVAC service.

They were very polite and William and Zack were very helpful

Words can’t describe how I appreciate William B. My scheduled service was for Saturday, 5 Jul, but he called me on Independence Day saying that he had time on his route to take of my HVAC. I told him that it’s not necessary and go enjoy your holiday, but William said it’s not a problem and he’ll be right over after he’s finished with his call in Selma. William arrived, troubleshot and fixed the issue in less than an hour, which included the after maintenance admin too. Call Pernell had and will always be my go too for HVAC. One because there’s a human that answers the phone (always get a crack out of the message when you call, but love it!) and two, customer service is top notch. Never try to sell you anything extra unless you ask. They get in, get the job done, and off they go to the next. I appreciate William and the Call Pernell Team!

Honest and thorough!!!

William B assisted us with our upstairs air conditioning. He took the time to show me what was going on with my AC system and explained what was going on that was making it not work correctly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He did a great job and I feel like he is very trustworthy. He even helped us set up a maintenance plan so that they can inspect our system twice a year to ensure it is running properly.Pernell is a great company and we will continue to use them.

Carlos and Zack were very professional, courteous, cheerful, and conscientious about their work.

D great job I thought it did a professional job and I would love for you to send him back on my next appointment

William and his partner gave us very thorough information and is very friendly! I gave 4 stars on quality and cost bc you're the first service we have ever called for. I have no comparison to make. I am very satisfied with the fix/repair! You came out quick and the AC is working again.

Thoroughly explained everything. They’ve always been very helpful and super nice techs! Love a family owned business

William and Zach were great. They explained everything and went out of their way to address our issue.

William and Andy worked efficiently to get the A/C problem resolved.

This was the second time that William and Carlos visited our home for HVAC service. Right when I opened the door, William greeted me with a smile and by name, Ms. Rush. William and Carlos set right to work. They are both so courteous and respectful. They work together as a great team. Both William and Carlos are professional, and they get the job done. Thank you both so much for a job well done!

This company will not let you down. Always a pleasure to get a chance to catchup a bit too since I am familiar with the techs that stop by! No plans to call anyone else for my hvac needs!

William and Carlos were great. Both were helpful in explaining the issues I was having and providing me with solutions. Awesome work from the both of them.

It was great to see William feeling better.....his improved energy was quite noticeable. He was on-time, courteous, and performed the work in an efficient/effective manner. He completed the preventative maintenance and cleaning on 4 different rental properties (exterior unit and air handler). William kept me informed of his real-time observations, and provided some valuable feedback regarding the UV lamps and air filters. Josiah was with William for the 4th property; he showed noticeable initiative and good communication skills. Also, both technicians were very focused on maintaining a clean work area (including those yellow shoe covers). The paperwork was clear and the payment process was effortless. I may have been a bit talkative so I hope I did not delay their future appointments. Excellent work!!!

Great personnel and very professional.

William and Josiah stayed and made sure we had AC at our house. They went above and beyond! Thank You

I continue to be impressed by Chris’ professionalism and good work ethic. He’s very friendly and takes the time to answer any questions in a way that’s very understandable. I also appreciate how Pernell keeps customers informed with email reminders and text updates from the office.

We appreciate the call-ahead to let us know the approximate arrival time. William arrived promptly and got right to work. He did a thorough check of our system, explained the results, and gave us the opportunity to ask questions.

So glad we purchased a maintenance agreement for our three systems. Keeps units clean and early detection of issues allowed us to determine best solution before major problems arise. William and Carlos were very knowledgeable and professional.

These guys were awesome!!
