I was very pleased

William and Zack worked diligently to find out what was causing the problems. I gave four stars instead of 5 only because the service call charge is higher than the place I have used in last 30 days which was $45 for a service call whether it was 15 min or 45 min. This one did take longer today but had it been a quick fix I think over $80 Is too high for a 5 min drive to this address.

William was the best he was very knowledgeable about my furnace and he showed me I even had mildew in my furnace.I told him I was gonna request him because he really made me feel at ease . Thanks William you was great Happy Hoildays

I called and received the service the same day. I was surprised within 15 minutes I saw Pernell HVAC vehicle at my place. I didn’t have to wait “days, weeks or months for them to come out. William checked the gas furnished to make sure it runs properly and no leakage! Thank you William! He was very knowledgeable! I recommended Pernell HVAC to my friend!

Very Professional down to earth person

Chris Kinley visited for a maintenance check of my furnace but also checked the A/C condenser. Arrived on time. Answered my equipment questions. Last year, he spotted and repaired a Town Contractor's mistake on my A/C condenser, so I chose Pernell when I had to replace my furnace. Mr. Kinley is a knowledgeable technician.

Chris was fantastic. Definitely a skilled and educated technician as well as well versed in customer service recovery. He is the reason I’m “back” with Pernell. Wally has usually been to my house and couldn’t have been better as well. I had significant issues with Jonathan which caused me to leave Pernell. Now that I understand he is gone and received top quality service, a genuine apology(wasn’t even Chris’ fault or problem but represented the company so well) that I came back and renewed my service contract. Chris should be a valued employee. He’s welcome here anytime even though I still love Wally! Now I have 2 great Pernell techs.

William came by to do our annual maintenance and was incredible! He showed me the situation with our air handler and I knew it was going to soon be time for replacement. He sent Robert over to quote replacement. Robert has been outstanding to work with and is very knowledgeable on all things HVAC. They’ve now been out to drop off portable a/c units for three rooms because our unit fully quit. They have incredible customer service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Parnell so far. Thank you to the ladies that have called (I’m sorry I can’t remember the names), Robert, William, and Zach.

William came and did a through inspection and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He answered EVERY question I had in a way I could understand. He was neat, timely, professional, courteous and a good communicator in that he was mindful of my level of understanding of what he was explaining to me. Great overall experience.

Service Technician William Brock came and diagnosed my AC unit. He found the problem in less than an hour. William was very good at explaining the problem to me. There was trash in the refrigeration system. The weather report called for thunderstorms every day, and we needed a dry day to make the repairs. William loaned us 2 portable air coolers. These units made my house bearable. Again, William explained what he was doing so I could understand the process. The great service William and all the other employees provided was professional and friendly. If I have HVAC problems, I know to Call Pernell first.
