Our local office is open from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. When you call or text during this time you will always speak with a live person. If after-hours, you can TEXT or leave a voice mail if we do not answer during the evening. Our friendly, experienced customer coordinators will schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Before our Service Technician arrives at the appointed time, we will give you a call so you don't have to waste your valuable time waiting or worrying. We will also let you know when we arrive, when we leave, and if we need to come back.
We guarantee that you will be given an exact price for any work to be performed. We will not perform any work without your approval. The price we quote is the price you pay. No hidden charges or fees.
Our Service Technician will arrive in a Pernell truck wearing a Pernell shirt. All of our Service Technicians carry identification cards which you may ask to see before letting them into your home. We are fully licensed and insured for your safety and protection.
Our Service Technicians use floor protecting shoe covers and protective fabric to protect your home. We make sure they leave your home's interior in the same condition it was in before they arrived. If we do not get it to your satisfaction we will clean your home.
Our technicians in skill, attitude, and workmanship. They participate in ongoing training, staying up to date with our time-proven skills and new market developments. That means you get a knowledgeable service expert. They will care for your home and complete the job in a timely manner with precision. They will clean up when they are finished and will take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. If, when they have finished in your home they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we will refund whatever portion of the purchase price you feel to be fair and reasonable.
We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals, should your compressor or heat exchanger fail in the first five years...we will replace it with a brand new current model free of charge.
When you get a new air conditioner installed or repaired, you only know how it works that season. What about the next season? We want you to have one whole year (all four distinct seasons) to make sure you are happy with the money you spent with us. If you are unhappy with your installation and we cannot fix it, we will remove the system and refund 100% of your original investment at any time during the first year.
We agree to accept responsibility for your complete satisfaction with the parts and materials we use and the workmanship we provide. During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the new parts, equipment, our service, or our people for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make it right and correct the problem to your satisfaction or your money back.
