I called the morning of my unit not cooling, and the lady scheduled a service tech to be there that afternoon. I received a heads up phone call prior to the scheduled arrival and then Chris showed up and went strait to work. Very professional and courteous! He even wore shoe sleeves while inside.

We have had AC issues for a week. When the weekend finally came around we decided we needed to call an AC tech. I submitted a form over the weekend and Chandler got back to me later that day telling me he could get us in monday. They arrived on time and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Gave us recommendations on what we could do to prevent future issues as well. This is the second time we’ve used Pernell and we will never use again HVAC company. They go out of their way to get answers to your questions and they are in full and immediate contacts with other employees if they need to inquire to answer your questions.
