The only dissatisfaction I have was the excess accumulation of mold and mildew in the coils due to lack of service from April 2022 until today. Unit was supposed to be serviced twice in a single year. William was very knowledgeable and performed the service well, explaining what he was doing.

William clearly knows his stuff and provided clear feedback on his service call. I know more than a bit about air handling, and was impressed with his knowledge. However, I felt he oversold the service plan renewal, tying it to a highly priced ozone system, without discussing other cheaper options. Also, smoking on the job isn't as acceptable as it once was. We won't be renewing the service contract.

We lost our heat Christmas Day and didn’t expect to have someone come out for two days after the holiday but they came out the next day and replaced a damaged breaker to our heater.

Timely, quick repair on yet another cold day. It was impressive that Chris found a bad connection inside a wire but so quickly and got the heat functioning again.
