William has been to our house multiple times for maintenance and when the unit would not turn on. Each time he quickly troubleshoots the problem or checks it’s in good working order. He explains what he does in a way that is very easy to understand. He gets it up and running quickly. I would recommend William to anyone having heating and air troubles.

Came out for the yearly service, found a split in the drain line. The drain line was in the attic, this could have been a big problem. Great work.

The only dissatisfaction I have was the excess accumulation of mold and mildew in the coils due to lack of service from April 2022 until today. Unit was supposed to be serviced twice in a single year. William was very knowledgeable and performed the service well, explaining what he was doing.

William clearly knows his stuff and provided clear feedback on his service call. I know more than a bit about air handling, and was impressed with his knowledge. However, I felt he oversold the service plan renewal, tying it to a highly priced ozone system, without discussing other cheaper options. Also, smoking on the job isn't as acceptable as it once was. We won't be renewing the service contract.
