I called Pernell around 3:00 pm and a service tech was at my house by 4:45. He got right to work to diagnose my AC unit and had it fixed in about an hour. He explained everything and was very pleasant to deal with. Top notch!

Pernell is a fantastic company with amazing customer service and excellent work. I've used them for years and they have always come through. In the middle of summer or dead of winter, they are always prompt and honest and my issues are always solved.

My AC malfunctioned and I called to get on the schedule for repairs. To my surprise I was told someone would be out between 10-12. I was called 30 minutes prior and Chris was right on time. He located the problem, repaired it, cleaned the unit, and informed me the capacitor was weak. He offered this so I wouldn’t have more problems in the future. He installed that as well. Chris did all of this very quickly and the price was fair. I appreciate Chris’ advice, professionalism, and care. Chris was outstanding. Pernell is a great company and you’re fortunate to have Chris on board.

I needed a repair and didn’t know who to call so I asked around on the Nextdoor app and several people recommended Call Pernell. They came out at the time promised and Andy was wonderful! His demeanor and professionalism were spot on and he made sure I knew what he was doing and why. As a single female home owner I’m always leery of repair services because I’ve been taken advantage of before. Andy did not make me feel like this at all! He fixed everything right up and was so nice! The price was very reasonable and Call Pernell will be my new go to!
