Yearly cleaning and service for the summer. William had fixed our AC unit last week of August, while he was here we purchased a service plan William came out and completed the cleaning of the AC unit and checked everything and now it is up and running even better than before. Our AC was full of grass from not maintaining the unit properly due to a health issue I had, now the unit looks brand new. Once again I will say William went up and beyond all expectations.

Came home from work on Thursday afternoon and our air-conditioning system was out, they were able to work me in Friday afternoon and once William got to the house the inside temperature was at 92°. William was great he explained everything to me, had the system fixed and back up and running in no time. Smaller companies like this is the ones that I turn to because they really treat you like you’re one of them. William thank you so much for the great work and quick response this is one company everyone should take notice of, from the service manager to the technicians.

My AC was acting up when I got home it was coming on then shutting off. I called yesterday and someone was out at my house the next day. The technician william was straight to the point and let me know what the issue was and the price. There were no hidden fees. I had a bad capacitor and thankfully he had one one him! I also purchased a maintenance plan which is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

Last week we called about a problem with our AC cooling properly. Starting with the initial call we were impressed with the customer service from everyone we spoke to. Chris came out last week and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. Today he came to install and complete the service needed. Both times he was out he was knowledgeable, respectful and completed the work quickly. All around we have been impressed with the company and plan to use them in the future.

We called Pernell and they were able to come out the next morning. Customer service scheduling and for service was great. Chris was thorough and explained everything that was wrong. Quick turnaround to come back out to replace the part in the next few days.

I had a leak in my evaporator coil. The guys at Pernell have been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Today, William came out and replaced the coil. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did good work.

Beyond polite on call to business and the tech who serviced the unit. I have an old unit and they’ve been keeping it going for over a decade. Was surprised I got a same day appt on such a busy season, NICE! Tech knew his stuff and was willing to listen and answer questions. AC repair is expensive as a general rule but I don’t feel like I’ve ever been taken advantage of. Love this group! 👍👍👍

All the staff that I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The repair man showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Great experience overall.

Explained everything in detail, showed photos and excellent work. Didn’t expect for all work to be done in one day but it was!!!! Highly recommend this company! Plus William always seems to bring the rain - lol. He is very friendly and professional, explaining everything in detail which I very much appreciated.
