I forgot they were coming today to do a service check. Was told they would do outside till I was able to arrive! Got home and William was doing the outside check. He was great, told me it was fine I’d forgotten!

Our service technician (Chris Kinley) was absolutely great. He was very courteous and helpful and did a great job. Also the owner was very fair with the pricing and went out of his way to help make sure we were treated fairly. I would for sure use them again.

William is so nice. He explains everything that he does/finds and completes the work with ease. He also goes over what he finds wrong BEFORE repairs are done. He smiles and is so even tempered. He is clean and neat. I thank you for sending William.He does excellent work and the price is awesome.

Hassle free

We had just had a system maintenance done a few days ago; routine stuff. We got into the weekend and the fan on one unit started running nonstop. It was after 4am when I shut the system off, realizing it wasn't going to shut off as it should. I called and left a message and someone was out before lunch. Turned out to be a bad relay. Great response, service, and didn't hurt my wallet to bad.

Chris done a excellent job & he is very knowledgeable on what he does & he answered all of our questions. He left here making sure we understood everything that we needed to know. If there were stars I’d give him 5.

Professional, great service

Our AC unit quit working the night before the reminants of Elsa passed through. I was so worried, with that being a Wednesday evening, it would take until the following week to get any help due to all the rain & calls being backed up. Pernell sent Will right out on Friday and fixed our issue in no time at all. He was fast, friendly and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. We are so thankful we don't have to spend a weekend of 90 degree heat with no air. Thank you again!
