Weekend Response
We had just had a system maintenance done a few days ago; routine stuff. We got into the weekend and the fan on one unit started running nonstop. It was after 4am when I shut the system off, realizing it wasn't going to shut off as it should. I called and left a message and someone was out before lunch. Turned out to be a bad relay. Great response, service, and didn't hurt my wallet to bad.

Fast, Friendly, & Great Service
Our AC unit quit working the night before the reminants of Elsa passed through. I was so worried, with that being a Wednesday evening, it would take until the following week to get any help due to all the rain & calls being backed up. Pernell sent Will right out on Friday and fixed our issue in no time at all. He was fast, friendly and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. We are so thankful we don't have to spend a weekend of 90 degree heat with no air. Thank you again!
