The saga of fixing the HVAC in a house bought during the pandemic continued and William soldiered on, through the irksome task of testing individual wires and staying past “closing time” to get the job done. It’s muggy outside but I can finally say “ it’s kinda chilly in here”.

I thought I had a minor problem that turned out to be a big problem but William handled it like a pro and took and talked me through everything that was going on. Plus, my dogs loved him!

When my heat pump went out the serviceman was prompt, explained the issues he discovered and outlined my options completely. I decided to replace the unit. The team explained the cost of possible replacements, financing options and how fast a new unit could be installed. The day of installation was smooth sailing! The install crew went straight to work to remove the old unit and put in the new heat pump. The service techs were Covid-conscious and cleaned up after they were finished. Their wrap-up technician even helped me get my thermostat programmed! Each team stopped to announce their arrival, introduce themselves and I was called throughout the process to be sure I understood what was happening, ensure everything was done well and met my expectations! Grateful to each of these professionals who took all the stress out of a stressful situation!

William made sure to explain to me and show me what parts I needed replaced on my heat/air unit, as well as being thorough in finding out what parts were still under my warranty.
