Andy was great at explaining everything he was doing to get my ac up and running again.

Needed a second opinion on my unit; William was a super help in explaining the issue and helping me decide how to handle the resolution! New customer!!

If a unit has an issue then he will let you know what the risk is to future performance, but when a unit is fine he doesn't search for extra work to sell/make money....he's a trustworthy technician. Several units were "good to go" and that was great to hear.

He noticed an exterior capacitor issue, explained to me the risk to performance, and fixed the issue.

On time, provided some advice to reduce exterior coil wear/dirt. His paperwork was "on-point"!!!

William evaluated my HVAC system on the inside of my home as well as on the outside where my air handler and unit are. He also checked under my home in the crawlspace where the trunk line is. He made a thorough inspection.

William was great to have, I had to have someone come and look at my heat pump as I’ve been having trouble keeping my house up to temp. He tried various methods to test, diagnose, and confirm his diagnosis on my unit and appreciate his clear knowledge of systems. He didn’t just test a single instance and call it a day, he tried various methods to try and get me going again but it turned out to be what I feared anyways. I appreciate his time and would recommend him 1000 times over.

Called Pernell due to one of my two heat pumps not functioning properly. Andy arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem. Resolved the issue and stayed until he had seen the system cycle through process. He fully explained the issue and corrective measures taken.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Call Pernell. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone involved in this project from identification of the problem with my former system to the installation of the new system seemed concerned about me….not just selling a system. I really appreciate Chris Kinley coming out so quickly this morning to access our problem. He was very knowledgeable about our unit and quickly figured out what was wrong.
