Called Pernell due to one of my two heat pumps not functioning properly. Andy arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem. Resolved the issue and stayed until he had seen the system cycle through process. He fully explained the issue and corrective measures taken.

Everyone involved in this project from identification of the problem with my former system to the installation of the new system seemed concerned about me….not just selling a system.
