Called yesterday and go service today. I was estimated a 1-3 work window and received a call telling me they were on the way. Chris showed up on time and provided World Class customer service. He explained issues he discovered and options I had. Extremely satisfied with cost of repairs and overall experience.

William was on time, took care to perform not just adequate but excellent service. He evaluated my non-working AC for any and all issues, starting with those that would provide the quickest, least costly fix and moving up the scale. He found the issue, explained to me what was required and performed the necessary service in a timely manner. He waited to make sure his service was adequate before leaving.

We have had a great experience with Chris and Call Pernell. He was able to be at our home within an hour of our call when our unit went out last summer. We decided to join the membership program and it has given such peace of mind. He goes over all unit info after maintenance and gives feedback of what to expect.

Condenser died Friday night, Called Saturday morning and William showed up by 1pm. He then quickly ruined my day by telling me my condenser was dead (2006 unit) and I needed a new unit. He quickly helped me get the ball rolling to get and new unit, and hooked me up with two portable chillers to get me through. This will be the second time I have purchased a new HVAC unit from Pernell (first time was at previous house). Buying a new system sucks🤬, but Pernell has really delivered for me. One note - I do have a yearly maintenance agreement with Pernell, so I do think that helps me get priority service. It’s money well spent. 👍

If a unit has an issue then he will let you know what the risk is to future performance, but when a unit is fine he doesn't search for extra work to sell/make money....he's a trustworthy technician. Several units were "good to go" and that was great to hear.

He noticed an exterior capacitor issue, explained to me the risk to performance, and fixed the issue.

On time, provided some advice to reduce exterior coil wear/dirt. His paperwork was "on-point"!!!
