As always, William explained what he would be doing, and that he would check back with me after he completed his inspection with any issues. Because of the great system that Call Pernell, Inc. installed a few years ago, along with biannual check ups, my system is still in great working condition. Andy diagnosed the problem on Friday after Thanksgiving -- that level of customer service says it all!! He explained the function of the part that broke, confirmed the rest of the system was operating, and now we have a head-start on getting the part ordered Monday morning. Oh, and there was NOT an extra charge for the "off-hours/holiday" visit.

Mr William Brock was at our house today to look at our AC unit we are having some issues he was on time polite and very professional he explained everything that needs to be fixed I would highly recommend Pernell Heating and Air Conditioning for all your needs

Quick & easy to get an appt and Chris did a great job and took time to answer all our questions.

Pricing is best if you are in their yearly program that gives Fall and Spring cleanings. If there is a problem with any part of their machinery, there is a discount on parts, so that helps. I have found Pernell to be prompt, polite, and easy to work with.

William provided excellent customer service. He is extremely patient, he is a great listener and he is, most of all, knowledgeable. He is very experienced in his craft, and, it is nice to be able to learn from him during his service calls. We truly appreciate his expertise and outstanding service.
