Excellent and professional aervice every time with William!

I just had my biannual servicing by William B. from Call Pernell, Inc. As always, William explained what he would be doing, and that he would check back with me after he completed his inspection with any issues. Because of the great system that Call Pernell, Inc. installed a few years ago, along with biannual check ups, my system is still in great working condition. I love the professional and friendly nature of the entire team, and would not trust my HVAC to anyone else! Special thanks to William B!

Very professional. And timely.

Service with a smile

Andy diagnosed the problem on Friday after Thanksgiving -- that level of customer service says it all!! He explained the function of the part that broke, confirmed the rest of the system was operating, and now we have a head-start on getting the part ordered Monday morning. Oh, and there was NOT an extra charge for the "off-hours/holiday" visit.
