Andy diagnosed the problem on Friday after Thanksgiving -- that level of customer service says it all!! He explained the function of the part that broke, confirmed the rest of the system was operating, and now we have a head-start on getting the part ordered Monday morning. Oh, and there was NOT an extra charge for the "off-hours/holiday" visit.

Mr William Brock was at our house today to look at our AC unit we are having some issues he was on time polite and very professional he explained everything that needs to be fixed I would highly recommend Pernell Heating and Air Conditioning for all your needs
