Wally has usually been to my house and couldn’t have been better as well. I had significant issues with Jonathan which caused me to leave Pernell. Now that I understand he is gone and received top quality service, a genuine apology(wasn’t even Chris’ fault or problem but represented the company so well) that I came back and renewed my service contract. Chris should be a valued employee. He’s welcome here anytime even though I still love Wally! Now I have 2 great Pernell techs.

William came by to do our annual maintenance and was incredible! He showed me the situation with our air handler and I knew it was going to soon be time for replacement. He sent Robert over to quote replacement. Robert has been outstanding to work with and is very knowledgeable on all things HVAC. They’ve now been out to drop off portable a/c units for three rooms because our unit fully quit. They have incredible customer service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Parnell so far. Thank you to the ladies that have called (I’m sorry I can’t remember the names), Robert, William, and Zach.

William came and did a through inspection and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He answered EVERY question I had in a way I could understand. He was neat, timely, professional, courteous and a good communicator in that he was mindful of my level of understanding of what he was explaining to me. Great overall experience.

Service Technician William Brock came and diagnosed my AC unit. He found the problem in less than an hour. William was very good at explaining the problem to me. There was trash in the refrigeration system. The weather report called for thunderstorms every day, and we needed a dry day to make the repairs. William loaned us 2 portable air coolers. These units made my house bearable. Again, William explained what he was doing so I could understand the process. The great service William and all the other employees provided was professional and friendly. If I have HVAC problems, I know to Call Pernell first.

1) William arrived on time. 2) He had an action plan to perform the scheduled preventative maintenance. 3) All of his interactions with me (or the residents) were friendly and professional. 4) William's investment in new diagnostic tools reduced his on-site time. 5) He demonstrated enough foresight to have a critical replacement part in his truck to avoid a return visit. 6) William made sure the inside and outside work areas were clean before departing. 7) He clearly/patiently communicated the results of his work. 8) His paperwork reflected his attention to detail.

As always, William explained what he would be doing, and that he would check back with me after he completed his inspection with any issues. Because of the great system that Call Pernell, Inc. installed a few years ago, along with biannual check ups, my system is still in great working condition.
