Thankful for William and his work. He was able to discern the motor for my air handler even though it’s super old and one of his teammates ran it out from the shop to take care of it the same day. Even though it wasn’t an emergency.

I called this morning. I spoke to a real person she was super nice took my information and got us me on the schedule today! I received a phone call about 15 minutes before my technician arrived. It was super fast I must add less than 2 hours after I called. The technician was great professional and explained all our options in detail. Super pleased with the price as well.

Will was great. Knowledgeable, communicative, and open. He let me know what he was doing, why he was doing it, and demonstrated his findings. I got a clear explanation of the problem and a quoted solution. Fantastic.

We talked for a bit after he was done and I felt like he and the company were trustworthy and I believed he would never leave things unfinished. Good job. It was only a maintenance call on my brothers system but I gave a top excellence rating feeling they would be a good company to use in the future.

We've relied on Pernell for years to keep our heating and air systems running smoothly. Just had our annual pre-winter visit to get our seasonal maintenance done. Our tech, Wally, has been to our house many times, so he knows where everything is and he always does a great job.

William was prompt, patient with my concerns and again, a good Fall review was listed on my “report card”! I have an older system and the staff at Pernell are there for me! As a side note, I now have a Pumpkin Pernell sign in my yard to support a good Heating and Air company!!!

I paid slightly under a hundred for another business to check out my air conditioner. They never mentioned that my heating and air was a combined system. For $180 Pernell not only serviced all three item but I get 15 percent off parts and labor for a year plus two cleaning visits and PROMPTO service. See if you can beat that!!!!!!!!!
