We've relied on Pernell for years to keep our heating and air systems running smoothly. Just had our annual pre-winter visit to get our seasonal maintenance done. Our tech, Wally, has been to our house many times, so he knows where everything is and he always does a great job.

I paid slightly under a hundred for another business to check out my air conditioner. They never mentioned that my heating and air was a combined system. For $180 Pernell not only serviced all three item but I get 15 percent off parts and labor for a year plus two cleaning visits and PROMPTO service. See if you can beat that!!!!!!!!!

William was super getting our air conditioner fixed. He had to go up in the attic in this terrible heat and he always was smiling and pleasant.

I was stressed to say the least and they both explained things to me as a team and I was put at ease. Job done, an explanation I could understand was given and the bricks slid off my shoulders!

They started trouble shooting immediately and they were very detailed in explaining what they found as well as repairing the issues and making suggestions for future self maintenance such as types of filters to use and such. They didn't just rush in, fix the problem and hand us a bill. They very detailed as they went along as well as informing us on costs. Theses were two guys get a 10+.

Quick diagnosis and easy fix as it was just a clogged drain hose from the compressor. This is why the service plan is so convenient and important. Thanks for the quick response.
