William came out 7:30 Monday evening traveling from 30 minutes away to help us out. As he worked on our AC unit that was dripping water from our ceiling he discovered out drain was clog. He went out and cleared the drain line when a thunder and lightning storm came upon us. Talk about a dedicated man, he continued to work until he finished but he was safety conscious. He promised to come back tomorrow with spot coolers as there was something more going on with our unit. He followed up on that promise.

William was very thorough and actually arrived ahead of time which I had approved prior to his arrival. He explained his findings and made sure that I had no lingering questions. He performed a good maintenance job and I was quite satisfied with his thoroughness.
