I’ve been using Pernell service for years, and it’s always top notch. Their Service Technicians, like Chris, are punctual, friendly, intelligent and show integrity with their work. Definitely recommend Pernell to anyone looking HVAC help (whether a full install or routine preventive maintenance).

William & Carlos took the time to thoroughly investigate our HVAC issue and offer several solutions. I really appreciate that they listened to us and answered our questions knowledgeably and addressed all our concerns. Bonus points for calling ahead to tell us they were on the way, and for coming when they said they would!

Quick response time!

William arrived when expected and listened as I explained the situation along with try what steps I had tried. He then went about trouble shooting and within half an hour, his suspicion was confirmed and the problem was solved. He was extremely professional and polite throughout the time he was in our home. Very happy with his service and would be happy to have him back should we need him again in the future!

William came out on time and did a great job of troubleshooting and identifying the issue that was preventing my heat pump from working. Once he completed the job he explained exactly what was wrong and provided me with additional paperwork to follow up in the future. He did an excellent job and I was satisfied with everything he did.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Chris was on time and he explained everything clearly. Giving us options but not pushy. I will definitely be doing business with Pernell again.

Call Pernell! Chris came today to service our unit for the summer. He's always professional and let's me follow him around and ask stupid questions. Pernell does a great job keeping us informed and Chris took the time to explain what he did today and how that applied to the bill. I highly recommend calling Pernell.

Mr Andy was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly with the wall unit. He tested both the wall units to ensure they were both working properly.

He was very kind and respectful to my elderly mother and listen to everything she had to say. He answered every question we had and was knowledgeable and he even gave her advice to help her unit last longer.
