Thank goodness for Pernell and William & Johnny! AC went out overnight and Pernell got them over first thing in the morning. They were so kind and explained everything that was going on and with my unit and how to fix it. I am so grateful to Pernell for sending two of the best to get my AC back up and running asap. They definitely have a customer for life!
